istring is one of Nottingham's longest-established restringing companies. We were formerely known as Racket Express, which you'll still find in search engines today.
Originally set up in 1995, our team collectively have over 100 years of stringing experience between them, covering racquets of all shapes and sizes!
Which sports do you cover?
We cater for tennis, badminton, racquetball and squash racquets, and both collection and delivery are available.
How long does a restring take?
Not long a tall - turnarond is normally just a day or two.
What technology do you use?
We use a state-of-the-art electronic Babolat stringing machine - the same one that's used widely on the professional men's and women's tours!

.When should I get my racquet strung?
A racquet restring is like a car service: You don't wait for it to break before you get the service. The rule of thumb is: if you are not breaking the strings then have a restring per year the number of times you play a week.
So once a week for an hour ; get a restring once a year. There are other factors that should be considered such as climate and surface but this is the rule of thumb.

Qualified tennis coach, stringer and all-round tennis enthusiast Wilan is a racquet and stringing guru. He has a Vast knowledge of all strings in stock and more.
John Jones
John has over 30 years' experience in stringing tennis, squash and badminton racquets. Named "The Transporter", John's your man to collect and deliver racquets around Nottingham. (Should you have Jason Statham in mind, you will be disappointed.)
